Madison Point is a hybrid: a self-serve core with a done-for-you agency tier layered on top of the same screens. Run the loop yourself, or have our team run it with you — either way, it's the same product, the same dashboard, the same calendar underneath.
Why restaurants, spas, and salons
The product is built for three kinds of small businesses today: restaurants, spas, and salons. They differ only in vocabulary and in what a month's calendar is built around — a restaurant's leans on dish heroes and specials, a spa's on treatments and self-care, a salon's on transformations and open chairs. Tell it what you sell, and it already knows to call each line a menu item, a treatment, or a service, in your own business's words.
How we treat what's yours
Your browser uploads your photos and your menu or service documents straight to storage, over a short-lived signed link, so the upload itself never passes through our web server. Our background worker reads those bytes back out of storage afterwards — that is how a photo gets tagged and a document gets read, and where they go next is set out in full on the page below. Your account's data stays behind its own boundary; the one place that boundary is ever deliberately crossed is when a member of our staff acts as your account to help you troubleshoot something, and that access is logged and time-boxed, never silent.
