Delete something yourself, right now

You can delete an individual photo yourself, at any time, from the Photos page inside your account — this also removes the file itself out of storage, not just the entry pointing at it. You can delete an individual catalog item yourself the same way, from the Menu or Services page (the name there depends on your business type).

Delete an entire account

There’s no self-serve button yet for removing a whole account and everything in it — that part of the product doesn’t exist today. To have your account deleted, email us at hello@madisonpoint.co from the email address on the account itself, so we can confirm the request actually came from you, and ask for the account to be removed.

Once we’ve confirmed the request, we remove:

• The account itself, and every user on it.
• Your uploaded photos and documents, and the files themselves out of storage — this also removes every retained record of what a document’s import produced, added or not, because those records live attached to the document itself and go when it does.
• Your catalog items.
• Your generated plans, and every entry scheduled inside them.
• Your audit log and error log entries tied to the account.

We aim to complete this within 30 days of a confirmed request. (That turnaround, like the figures in our Terms of Service, is a business commitment rather than a fact drawn from the code — there is no automated process today to measure it against — flagged here for whoever owns this process to confirm it’s realistic before this page goes live.)

There’s also no automatic way today to get a copy of your data before it’s removed — ask in the same email and we’ll put one together for you by hand.

Say it plainly

Self-serve account deletion isn’t in the product yet. Deleting a photo or a catalog item is instant and you do it yourself. An uploaded document, and the record of what it produced, works differently again: there’s no self-serve way to remove either one on its own today — the only way is closing the whole account, which takes both with it. Deleting a whole account is a manual step our team carries out after you ask.
